Sir Elton Hercules John, CBE (nacido el 25 de marzo de 1947), es un cantante y compositor británico de música pop, nacido como Reginald Kenneth Dwight en Pinner, Middlesex. Fue educado en la Royal Academy of Music, gracias a una beca que consiguió en esta institución a la edad de 11 años.
